How to Remove Water Under My House

I once had water under my house that I really needed to get out, because I wanted to use the area for storage but couldn’t in its condition. I didn’t know where to start, but I turned to the internet just like you are now and was able to find a simple solution.

Will my house eventually be under water? How do I mange this? I cant have loud pumps running constantly and Im afraid eventually, they wont work with a rising water table! Are there any options? I dont have a lot of money…
